“The question is, are we happy to suppose that our grandchildren may never be able to see an elephant except in a picture book?” – David Attenborough

Experience an up close and personal encounter with a majestic Asian elephant at a well-managed elephant park in Khao Lak. An unforgettable experience for all the family.

You will have the opportunity to feed, mud bathe, wash, and interact closely with Asia’s largest land mammal. A special experience with an endangered species on the brink of extinction in the wild.

Please note:

In the interests of animal welfare, riding of captive elephants is NOT permitted at our carefully selected elephant parks. We strongly discourage visitors to Thailand from participating in elephant treks or visiting places where elephants are forced to perform tricks.

We also instruct our mahouts to not make their elephant lie down in the water for you, as staying still in the water for an extended period of time is not natural elephant behavior. If the elephant chooses to lay down freely in the water then we feel this is OK. Experts suggest that just feeding and walking with captive elephants is the least problematic form of human-elephant interaction
